As a Youth Support Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting our residential staff team to deliver high-quality care and support to young people in our care.

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily routines, ensuring the well-being of each young person, and organizing recreational activities to promote healing and a supportive atmosphere.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for helping others, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily routines and ensure the well-being of each young person
  • Organize recreational activities to promote healing and a supportive atmosphere
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and best outcomes
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote positive relationships and behavior change

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., childcare, youth work, social work)
  • Proven experience in residential childcare or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
