YMCA Robin Hood Group is seeking a dedicated Housing and Youth Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with young people to provide them with the support they need to build on life skills and make a successful transition to independent living.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for working in partnership with a Youth Support Worker to provide a seamless level of support to our young people.
  • You will be a keyworker to around 10-15 young people who have had challenging starts in life and struggle to build positive relationships.
  • You will work with the young person in a trauma-informed way to co-produce support plans, risk assessments, Outcome Stars, crisis plans, and safety plans.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • You should have a Childcare or Health & Social Care qualification, although this is not essential as we can support you to complete a nationally recognized qualification.
  • You will need to be confident using computers and IT, including Microsoft packages.
