We are seeking a skilled Supportive Housing Specialist to join our dedicated team at YMCA Robin Hood Group. As a Senior Youth Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping young people build on life skills and transition to independent living.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support to young people, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless care.
  • Main point of contact for 10-15 young people, guiding them through challenging situations and building positive relationships.
  • Collaborate with young people to co-produce personalized support plans, risk assessments, and crisis management strategies.
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment, promoting unconditional positive support while maintaining healthy boundaries.
  • Foster strong partnerships with external agencies and professionals to deliver wraparound support services.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience). We offer a competitive benefits package, including a workplace pension, life insurance, and reduced school holiday childcare rates.
