As a Housing and Youth Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to young people to help them build on life skills and make a successful transition to independent living.

About the Job:
  • You will work in partnership with a Youth Support Worker to provide a seamless level of support to our young people.
  • You will be a keyworker to around 10-15 young people who have had challenging starts in life and struggle to build positive relationships.

The estimated salary for this position is around £26,000 - £32,000 per year, depending on experience.
