Job Description: Learning and Development Lead

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and inspire learners by providing a holistic approach to education. As a Learning and Development Lead, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing learner progress, completing reports and contributing to education, health, and care plans.

Requirements:

  • A qualified teaching professional with a strong track record of leadership and development.
  • An ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
