The Opportunity

We are seeking a Group Reward and Performance Manager to join our Head Office team. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to lead the design and implementation of our organization's reward and performance strategies, shaping how we attract, retain, and motivate our global workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive reward strategy that aligns with our business objectives and attracts top talent.
  • Design and manage performance management systems to drive high performance and achieve organizational goals.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of reward and performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and ensure alignment with best practices.
  • Oversee salary reviews, budgeting, and benefits administration to maintain competitive compensation packages and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to promote global consistency and efficiency in reward and performance practices.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all reward and performance initiatives.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior reward and performance role within a multinational organization.
  • Strong understanding of various reward models and performance management frameworks.
  • Expertise in job evaluation and grading methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience within the fresh produce industry is beneficial but not essential.
  • The ability to navigate organizational change and lead through transitions effectively.
  • Advanced data analysis skills to extract insights from complex datasets.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment and understanding of cultural nuances.
