About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Reward and Performance Strategist to join our team at Westfalia Fruit. As a key member of our Head Office team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our organisation's reward and performance strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Reward Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive reward strategy that attracts, retains, and motivates our global workforce.
  • Manage Performance Management Systems: Design and manage performance management systems to drive high performance and achieve organisational goals.
  • Analyse Reward and Performance Data: Conduct in-depth analysis of reward and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee Salary Reviews and Budgeting: Oversee salary reviews, budgeting, and benefits administration to ensure competitive compensation and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Regional Teams: Collaborate with regional teams to promote global consistency and efficiency in reward and performance practices.
  • Champion Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all reward and performance initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a senior reward and performance role.
  • Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of various reward models and performance management frameworks.
  • Expertise in Job Evaluation: Expertise in job evaluation and grading methodologies.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to Influence: Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong Project Management Skills: Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience in Fresh Produce Industry: Experience in the fresh produce industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to Navigate Change: The ability to navigate organisational change and lead through transitions.
  • Advanced Data Analysis Skills: Advanced data analysis skills to extract insights from complex data sets.
  • Experience in Multinational Environment: Experience working in a multinational environment and understanding of cultural nuances.
