Opportunity: Learning & Development Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Manager to establish and lead our L&D function across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to create a world-class learning experience from the ground up. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and implement innovative learning solutions that drive business success. Your role will involve traveling across Europe to engage with our diverse teams and cultures.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive European L&D strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Design and deliver engaging induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
- Build and implement a robust performance management and development framework to support employee growth.
- Identify and develop high-potential talent through targeted leadership programs.
- Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), creating and curating high-quality learning content.
- Deliver impactful training programs across various formats, including classroom, online, and blended learning.
- Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders at all levels to drive L&D initiatives forward.
- Analyze L&D metrics to measure program effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
Requirements:
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Learning & Development with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Expertise in designing and delivering training programs for both IT and non-IT roles.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with LMS implementation and management.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a multinational organization.
- Coaching and mentoring qualifications.
- Knowledge of adult learning theories.
- Experience with learning analytics and ROI measurement.
