About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at TeacherActive. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sales and business development with new and existing clients to win business from schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working with clients to identify their needs and requirements to fill their vacancies
  • Attending client meetings, school visits, recruitment fairs and expos to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Searching for candidates through various tools, such as advertising, cv searching, referrals and utilising the CRM to build a pipeline of candidates
  • Shortlisting CVs, contacting educators and interviewing face to face to build a pipeline of candidates
  • Supporting schools with educators on a temporary and permanent basis to meet their staffing needs
  • Assisting schools with emergency cover on a daily basis, filling bookings quickly to ensure continuity of education
  • Maintaining regular contact with your candidates and clients, building excellent lasting relationships to drive business growth
  • Collaborating with Resourcers and compliance team to ensure candidates are fully cleared for work to meet client requirements
  • Maintaining up to date industry knowledge to stay ahead of the competition and drive business growth
  • Reviewing your performance to continually improve and drive business growth
