PHP Developer Job Description

KHR - Recruitment Specialists is pleased to be partnered with a bespoke Kent-based marketing agency who are recruiting a mid-level PHP Developer to join their team on a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and developing bespoke software applications and CMS extensions
  • Developing websites from designs
  • Supporting and building upon existing company software
  • Supporting and liaising with clients on technical aspects
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL is essential
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to solve problems when they present themselves
  • Desirable skills include MVC architecture, Linux command line, Version control, Build tools (NPM/Gulp), jQuery, Joomla, Laravel
