PHP Developer Job Description

KHR - Recruitment Specialists is seeking a skilled PHP Developer to join a bespoke Kent-based marketing agency on a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop bespoke software applications and CMS extensions
  • Develop websites from designs
  • Support and build upon existing company software
  • Support and liaise with clients on technical aspects

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL is essential
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to solve problems when they present themselves

Desirable Skills:

  • MVC architecture
  • Linux command line
  • Version control
  • Build tools (NPM/Gulp)
  • jQuery
  • Joomla
  • Laravel
