PHP Developer

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced PHP Developer to join our team at a bespoke Kent-based marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have expertise in front-end languages, be capable of working collaboratively in a team environment, and be proactive in learning and implementing new technologies.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop bespoke software applications and CMS extensions using PHP and related technologies
- Collaborate with the design team to develop websites from designs
- Support and build upon existing company software
- Liaise with clients on technical aspects of software development

**Requirements**

- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to solve problems
- Desirable skills include MVC architecture, Linux command line, version control, build tools (NPM/Gulp), jQuery, Joomla, and Laravel
