Harris Hill Charity Recruitment Specialists is seeking a dedicated and driven Senior Fundraising Executive to join their team. This exciting role offers the chance to make a real impact in the lives of others, while developing your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

As a key member of our fundraising team, you will work closely with the Corporate Partnerships Manager and Director of Fundraising to develop and execute strategies that drive fundraising growth and success. With a competitive salary of £33,000 per annum and flexible working arrangements, this full-time, permanent position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading fundraising efforts across various channels, including corporate campaigns, events, and individual giving.
  • Building relationships with supporters, partners, and stakeholders, offering outstanding stewardship and engagement.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on new fundraising opportunities to drive growth and success.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Significant fundraising experience in the charity sector, with a strong track record of driving results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Estimated salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
