Strategic Partnership Development Lead

About the Role
Duke Corporate Education is seeking a talented individual to serve as a Project Director, responsible for marketing, selling, delivering, and continuously improving Duke CE Consortium Certificates developed in partnership with industry and educational players. The ideal candidate will have experience in the adult education market, including marketing, B2B sales, and program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth from Consortium Certificate sales.
- Design and launch new certificates, ensuring market relevance and consumer appeal.
- Lead the delivery of Consortium Certificates, ensuring high-quality execution and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive brand awareness and demand for Consortium Certificates.
- Develop and manage events, including content creation, marketing, and production.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified, have experience in the adult education market, and possess a proven track record of managing client relationships and securing deals with corporate clients. They will also have led business growth and delivered solutions tailored to the market using creative and innovative ideas.
Office Location and Travel
This role is office-based and will require flexibility to work evenings for events and program deliveries. Occasional travel may be required.
