Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Partner Operations Manager to join our team at Loftware. As a Partner Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency through strategic partnerships and process improvements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing programs and processes that drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partner-related initiatives.
  • Providing daily operational support and enablement to partners and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of Partner Specialists to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborating with IT and Order Management to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, channel managers, and executive leadership.
