We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Manager - Supply Chain Optimization to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through frictionless, automated trade with indirect sales channels.

About the Role

The Business Operations Manager - Supply Chain Optimization will be responsible for developing and executing programs and processes that drive revenue growth. You will also nurture partners from prospect to recruit to fully functioning, independent, successful partners.

  • Manage a Team of Partner Specialists: On-board, enable, and grow revenue with new and emerging partners.
  • Support Territory Channel Managers: Plan and execute growth programs with larger partners.
  • Daily Operational Support: Enable partners and cross-functional teams for all partner-related inquiries.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure smooth processes from lead to order to fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute programs and processes that drive revenue growth.

  • Manage a team of partner specialists to on-board, enable, and grow revenue with new and emerging partners.
  • Support territory channel managers to plan and execute growth programs with larger partners.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English plus one other European language.
  • Working knowledge of administrative functions of the channel business.
  • Demonstrate relevant experience and understanding of partner operations.
  • Experience working with partners.
  • High level of competency with software programs, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
