About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Development Manager to join our Business Development team. As a key member of our Sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Telco sector, leveraging your sales expertise to drive revenue growth and contribute to the company's success.

This exciting role offers a challenging and rewarding environment where you can develop new channel billing relationships with partners, promote our products and services, and work closely with our Sales Enablement, Product, and Marketing teams to achieve business objectives.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the SME environment.
  • A strong background in Telco, Unified Comms Service Providers, IT MSPs, UCaaS, CCaaS, PBX, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor and approachable style.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to navigate networking opportunities effectively and leverage tools and resources for insightful research.
  • Accuracy in forecasting revenue and identifying potential risks.

Benefits and Salary

As a New Business Development Manager at Recruitment Revolution, you can expect a competitive salary package of up to £65,000 per annum, plus benefits including car allowance and permanent full-time employment.
