As part of their growth strategy, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our clients dynamic team.

Role Overview: We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive with a specific focus on generating leads and booking high-quality meetings with potential clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, is passionate about building client relationships, and has a knack for opening doors to new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, research, and target potential clients in line with business goals. Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest in our products/services. Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team with key decision-makers. Maintain and update CRM records of client interactions and lead progress. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimise outreach strategies. Meet or exceed monthly targets for meeting bookings and lead generation. Follow up with leads to nurture long-term business relationships.

We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a business development, sales, or lead generation role. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage clients over the phone, email, and social media. A proactive attitude with a results-oriented mindset. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable with using CRM tools and other digital platforms to manage leads and track performance. A self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment. Experience in telesales is a plus but not essential.
