Our client is a leading provider of Unified Communications, Audio Visual and UV Solutions and collaboration solutions, in their mission to empower partners across Europe. They prioritise diversity and inclusion, creating a workplace where every voice matters. As Business DevelopmentManager, you'll play a vital role in shaping their inclusive culture.
Led by their seasoned UK Sales Director and Senior Head of UK Sales, their team is comprised of Segment Account Managers (SAMs), Renewals & Subscription Specialists, Internal Sales champions, and dynamic Business Development Managers (BDMs). Each role plays a strategic part in their business landscape, with SAMs focusing on tailored customer solutions and BDMs leading specialist units covering CCaaS, UCaaS, Telephony, and now Spaces (Rooms and AV).
As a Business Development Manager within the Spaces Specialist Business Unit (SBU), you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and growth in their dynamic sales environment. Working with the Business Unit Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between their solution segments and the sales team, focusing specifically on Spaces.
As the go-to expert within the Spaces Strategic Business Unit (SBU), you'll leverage your specialised knowledge to identify ideal customers and guide them towards realising their full potential. Working hand-in-hand with Senior Account Managers, you'll empower them with in-depth vendor insights and support them in expanding their customer base.
Customer Recruitment: Hunt for customers like a talent scout, seeking out the hidden gems and rising stars of the industry.
Customer Development: Project Support: Be the superhero sidekick of projects, swooping in with support and saving the day with a smile.
Forge vendor relationships with the finesse of a master diplomat, building bridges that withstand the test of time.
