**Training Account Executive**
**5 days per week **(part day hours, 15 to 25 hours per week)
**KSL Training** continues to grow as a highly successful UK training and assessment company, with a growing small to large client base across the private, public and voluntary sectors. We provide on-line psychometric testing services and deliver a wide range of leadership, communication skills and team building programmes for our clients predominantly in the UK and mainland Europe.
To thrive in this role, you will need to be a great communicator, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy helping clients, colleagues and our fabulous trainers to deliver outstanding training solutions that regularly achieve 5 star ratings and fabulous client testimonials.
Working with us, you’ll be joining our small, friendly and highly professional team on a virtual basis. You will have the opportunity to develop, should you want to, into a future Training Account Manager.
**Job Title**: Training Account Executive
**Based at**: Home with occasional visits to Kingfisher Court or team meetings at local venue, Newbury
**Position reports to**: Head of Client Services
**Job purpose summary**: to record, monitor and diagnose prospective and current clients training needs and recommend the best training programme solution with consistent high levels of customer service that ensures our continued long term business growth.
**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:
**1.** **Respond and track prospective and current client enquiries**:
− Record client enquiries and their contact details onto an individual Client Planner
− Produce written responses to prospective clients promoting KSL’s training, coaching and assessment services using standard Word templates in line with our key service standards and business pricing model.
**2.** **Answer office telephone**: Professionally respond to telephone calls, signpost and provide prospective and current clients with the information they need. Accurately promote and describe KSL’s products and services in an engaging and helpful way over the telephone and in writing.
**3.** **Co-host client meetings with the Account Manager or assigned trainer**:
− Schedule and co-host client meetings with the Account Manager or assigned KSL Trainer.
− Provide administrative support and ascertain client logístical needs
− Keep Trainer or Account Manager informed of booking progress
**4.** **Schedule training bookings**:
− Schedule training dates with the best experienced and geographically located KSL trainer
− Follow up course dates with client within the agreed released date, usually within 5 working days using the Client Planner
− Follow up information sent to the client to secure the booking, e.g. trainer profile, proposal
**5.** **Prepare client booking**
− Complete a booking request form, recording critical company information, trainer information, materials design brief or access and accounting instructions.
− Hand over booking request form to Booking Co-ordinator to create client engagement letter/contract and invoice for all client bookings.
− Share booking information, course title and code, hotel and travel location and expenses with trainer
**6.** **Follow up new client course bookings**:
− Follow up client course bookings to check on complete satisfaction, how the learning is being applied and what we can do to support them as well as future training needs.
**7.** **Client account management support**:Contribute to the collective account management team by either:
− Periodically capturing and sharing company sales results, summary of prospective bookings in the sales pipeline and results of follow up account management activity.
− Periodically communicating with Learning team to enhance KSL’s products and inter-department communications, and report back to Account Management Team.
**8.** **Security, health and safety**: Adhere to communicated policies and procedures relating to the security, personal data, health and safety of your home working office and the KSL office environment and equipment, Kingfisher Business Centre when attending meetings. Ensure your own actions take account of your own and other team members’ personal safety and wellbeing.

**9.** **Populate client contract**: Produce client booking contract and complete client booking process to ensure all client training events are accurately recorded, communicated and delivered by the assigned training associate.
