Our client is a not-for-profit organisation specializing in education-focused Services for a diverse customer portfolio, ranging from Further Education, to large Corporate businesses and International establishments of learning.
This is an exciting time to join them, their current strategy will be reviewed in 2025 to create further platforms for growth, and they are seeking an inspirational Chief Executive to lead the organisation during this exciting stage of their development.
Responsible for all operating areas within the organisation, the Chief Executive will work collaboratively with the Board, staff and key stakeholders, internally and externally to ensure that the commercial and operational strategies are met.
The Chief Executive will act as the lead ambassador and spokesperson with customers, media and decision-makers, ensuring that the key positioning and messages are well understood and impactful.
They will drive the development and growth of the organisation ensuring that they can accelerate, scale and continue to deliver in the UK and internationally.
We are looking for a candidate who brings: Significant experience of executive leadership, preferably within a UK and Internationally-focused Further Education / Education Business Services environment.
Understanding and experience of leading systemic change in the nonprofit sector An empathetic leader with the ability to model authentic and courageous leadership, with strong listening skills and high levels of personal integrity Excellent communication and influencing skills - able to mobilise stakeholders and build a profile globally, with some International travel to be expected.
A deep commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, with a proven record of building high-performing teams and leading positive change across an organisation through strong strategic leadership and sound financial management.
This is the first time in several years that this organisation has ventured into the external market at this level, and as such the process will be undertaken during January to include consultant interviews, 2 person face to face interviews, followed by a final, panel interview with a presentation.
