Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing the successful renewal of a specific client portfolio and driving upsell opportunities and portfolio revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, strong commercial awareness, and a proven track record of achieving client retention and satisfaction targets.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee client onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition from Sales to Implementation and Client Success.
  • Foster strong business relationships at a senior level and drive forward success at all levels.
  • Monitor customer KPIs and take ownership of customers' usage of the platform.
  • IDentify growth opportunities during client reviews and renewals.
  • Provide frontline support, addressing queries, issues, and offering guidance.
  • Promote client engagement through targeted campaigns, events, and communications strategies.
  • Solve problems between Clients, Customer Care/Support, and Product/Marketing teams.
  • Achieve renewal, churn, portfolio growth, and customer satisfaction targets.
