Job Overview

Terryberry is seeking a highly skilled Client Growth Strategist to develop and maintain strong relationships with our valued clients. This role will focus on successful client renewal and portfolio growth, while maximizing upsell opportunities.

About You:

  • You possess excellent communication skills, verbal, written and virtual.
  • Able to demonstrate negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
  • Confident and proactive in problem-solving, able to implement and improve processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Owning client onboarding for a seamless transition from Sales to Implementation and Client Success.
  • Built senior-level business relationships and drive forward success at all levels.
  • Maintaining customer KPIs and taking ownership of the customers' usage of the platform.
  • Identifying growth opportunities during client reviews and renewals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable track record of achieving client retention, growth, and satisfaction.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and strong commercial awareness.
  • Organized, methodical, and high attention to detail, numbers, reporting, and finances.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
