About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Client Success Manager to drive business growth and develop strong relationships with clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for renewing a specific client portfolio and identifying growth opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Owning the client onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Maintaining strong business relationships at a senior level.
  • Monitoring customer KPIs and taking ownership of customers' platform usage.
  • Identifying growth opportunities during client reviews and renewals.
  • Providing frontline support and guidance to clients.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
