This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for residents, contractors, and clients, dealing with routine matters and passing complex issues to the Senior Estates Manager or Estates Manager.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Raising works orders for repairs and maintenance
  • Renewing contracts and raising new contracts for regular services
  • Preparing and distributing documents to residents and property owners
  • Administering and monitoring building insurance claims
  • Authorising or disputing routine invoices
