About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Administration Specialist for Europe North to join our Business Partnering team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a fleet of approximately 470 company cars in the region, ensuring compliance with local car policies, and providing reliable guidance to employees. You will work closely with leasing companies, outsource partners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of fleet-related tasks.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in fleet administration, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. You will be responsible for:
  • Lease contract management and compliance with local car policies
  • Managing multiple tasks and requests in a timely manner
  • Providing reliable and timely change data to Accounting
  • Streamlining process flows to improve efficiency while delivering expected service
