About the Role

The Finance Business Partner will play a crucial part in supporting the business by providing financial analysis, identifying trends, and recommending improvements. This role requires strong analytical skills, prior commercial business partnering experience, and ideally manufacturing or FMCG sector experience.

  • Support the Heads of Operations to ensure the financial impact of key projects is fully understood.
  • Provide insights into the impact of raw material quality on labour packing efficiencies and waste using business intelligence software.
  • Facilitate the budgeting process for the factory and hold regular meetings with management to discuss performance against these targets.
Key Requirements:
  • Part Qualified - ACCA, CIMA, ACA
  • Prior commercial business partnering experience
  • Analytical mind and knowledge of business processes.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
