Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc is looking for a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to support its strategic growth initiatives.

In this role, you will work closely with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include developing strong partnerships with business leaders, conducting due diligence, benchmarking and insight, compliance and legal, stakeholder management, integration and organisational change planning, talent management, employee communication and engagement, benefits and compensation integration, and HRBP.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's growth and success.

The estimated salary for this position is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
