Leadership Opportunity

Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Paediatric Nurse to fill the role of Paediatric Case Manager. This position presents a unique chance for an experienced nurse to take on a leadership role, overseeing the delivery of complex care packages commissioned by Buckinghamshire, Oxford, and West Berkshire ICB.


About the Position:
  • Estimated Salary: Up to £49,000 per annum DOE
  • Locations: Buckinghamshire, Oxford, and West Berkshire

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in the UK with an active NMC PIN, a supportive management style, and up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators. They will also have advanced communication skills and a full UK Driving Licence.


Duties
  • Creating comprehensive care plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Leading the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
  • Providing ongoing monitoring and support to clients
  • Nurturing strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Collaborating with external partners to deliver exceptional care packages
