Job Description

We are seeking a Children's Healthcare Services Director to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. This role will involve overseeing the provision of complex care packages and ensuring that clients receive the highest quality care.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as an RSCN in the UK, with an active NMC PIN, and possess a supportive management style that can bring out the best in others.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the provision of complex care packages to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Liaising with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and services
  • Providing regular monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Collaborating with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care
