Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to children and their families, working closely with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals and contribute to the company's mission to provide exceptional care services.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive pension scheme, generous holiday allowance, and opportunities for professional development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and implementing effective care strategies. A degree in Nursing or a related field is essential, along with a valid registration with the NMC. Additional qualifications in areas such as child health, safeguarding, or management would be advantageous.
