This role involves working closely with children and their families in the Oxford area, providing face-to-face support and creating personalized care plans. We require a skilled nurse with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN.

The ideal candidate will have up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years, excellent leadership and management skills, and advanced communication skills to effectively liaise with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

We offer a competitive salary of around £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including a £3,000 car allowance, 2 days working from home per week, and a private pension scheme.
