About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Paediatric Complex Care Assistant to join our team in Oxfordshire.

As a Paediatric Complex Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children with complex needs. You will work closely with our Clinical Lead and Care Coordinator to ensure that each child receives the best possible care.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a supportive team and make a real difference in the lives of children with complex needs. If you have experience working with children with complex needs and are passionate about providing exceptional care, we encourage you to apply.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working in paediatrics and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to children with complex needs, including tracheostomy care, ventilation, and medication administration.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Lead and Care Coordinator to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
