Job Title: Pediatric Healthcare Leader

About Us: Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is a well-established provider of complex care packages within the community. We are based in the Oxford area and have secured further packages during an exciting growth phase.

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Pediatric Healthcare Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to children and their families in the community.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people, and will be able to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the needs of each individual child. They will also be responsible for managing a team of healthcare professionals and ensuring that high-quality care is delivered at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and management to a team of healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement effective care plans for children and young people
- Work closely with families and other stakeholders to ensure that the needs of each child are met
- Ensure that high-quality care is delivered at all times

Requirements:
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g. nursing, social work, psychology)
- Experience working with children and young people in a healthcare or social care setting
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
