Pediatric Nurse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse to join our team in the Oxford area.

This role involves providing face-to-face support to children and their families, creating personalized care plans for each child. You will work closely with a core team of carers, training and supporting them with their clinical skills and activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients, designing and delivering tailored care plans, and effectively communicating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering care plans specific to individual client needs
  • Managing medication delivery and monitoring client physical and physiological needs
  • Building relationships with client families and working collaboratively with community teams
  • Establishing and maintaining bespoke packages of care with CHC nurses and CCG commissioners

We offer a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum, plus benefits including a £3,000 car allowance, flexible working arrangements, and 33 days holiday.
