**We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatric Speech Pathologist to join our team at The Owl Centre.**

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality assessment and therapy services to children in local schools, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records of progress and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication difficulties.
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with children with communication disorders.
  • Exceptional assessment and treatment planning skills.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including opportunities for professional growth and a supportive work environment.
