Pediatric Nurse Specialist

This exciting opportunity is available for a highly motivated Pediatric Nurse Specialist to join our team in the Oxford area. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to children and their families.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in pediatric nursing, with a strong focus on patient-centered care. You will work closely with clients' families, building trust and rapport to deliver personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement care plans tailored to individual clients' needs.
  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and assess clients' physical and physiological needs, providing ongoing support and interventions as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients' families, working closely with community teams and healthcare professionals to establish bespoke packages of care.
Requirements:
  • RSCN qualification with at least 6 months' experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years.
  • Full UK driving license desirable but not essential.
Salary and Benefits:

Up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience, plus a £3,000 car allowance, 33 days' holiday, and a comprehensive benefits package including private pension scheme and business travel expenses.
