We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Leaders in Care, a leading provider of complex care packages within the community.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to children and their families, designing and delivering tailored care plans, and effectively managing the multidisciplinary team through strong communication and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver comprehensive care plans specific to an individual client's needs
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs
  • Deliver nursing interventions, including medicine management
  • Maintain sophisticated relationships with clients' families and work closely with community teams
Requirements:
  • RSCN with a minimum of 6 months in the UK and an active NMC PIN
  • Supportive management style with up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators
  • Advanced communication skills verbally and written
  • Suitable for Band 5 / Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs
