About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Reward Analyst or Reward Analyst looking to take on a managerial role. You will work closely with the Head of Reward to support the delivery of our compensation and benefits strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Reward on cyclical reward processes.
  • Lead benefits renewals, implementations, and introductions of new benefits.
  • Ownership of bonus calculations, communication, and reporting.
  • Lead salary surveys and benefits surveys.
  • Job evaluation and benchmarking exercises using Willis Towers Watson methodology.
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders and the leadership team.
  • Supporting international teams with reward requirements.
  • Working on various reward projects with the Head of Reward.
About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a reward role, ideally with exposure to both compensation and benefits.

  • Previous experience working in a company with hourly paid employees.
  • Highly analytical with excellent Excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with senior stakeholders.
  • Previous experience using Willis Towers Watson methodology for benchmarking.
  • International exposure is advantageous.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 plus car allowance and bonus.
