About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Reward Analyst or Reward Analyst looking to take on a managerial role. You will work closely with the Head of Reward to support the delivery of our compensation and benefits strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Head of Reward on cyclical reward processes.
- Lead benefits renewals, implementations, and introductions of new benefits.
- Ownership of bonus calculations, communication, and reporting.
- Lead salary surveys and benefits surveys.
- Job evaluation and benchmarking exercises using Willis Towers Watson methodology.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders and the leadership team.
- Supporting international teams with reward requirements.
- Working on various reward projects with the Head of Reward.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a reward role, ideally with exposure to both compensation and benefits.
- Previous experience working in a company with hourly paid employees.
- Highly analytical with excellent Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with senior stakeholders.
- Previous experience using Willis Towers Watson methodology for benchmarking.
- International exposure is advantageous.
Estimated Salary: £65,000 plus car allowance and bonus.
