Job Title: Reward and Benefits Manager

About the Role:

Oakleaf Partnership is seeking a skilled Reward and Benefits Manager to support the delivery of its compensation and benefits strategy. This role offers an excellent opportunity for Senior Reward Analysts or Reward Analysts looking to advance into a management position.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Head of Reward on cyclical reward processes, including annual salary and bonus reviews.
  • Lead benefits renewals, implementations of changes, and introduction of new benefits.
  • Own bonus calculations, communicate bonuses, and provide bonus reporting.
  • Oversee salary surveys and benefits surveys.
  • Conduct job evaluation and benchmarking exercises using the Willis Towers Watson methodology.
  • Engage closely with senior stakeholders and the leadership team.
  • Support the international team with reward requirements.
  • Work alongside the Head of Reward on various reward projects.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a reward role, preferably with exposure to both compensation and benefits.
  • A background working in a company with hourly paid employees.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience working with senior stakeholders.
  • Previous experience using the Willis Towers Watson methodology for benchmarking.
  • International experience is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits: The successful candidate can expect a salary up to £65,000 plus car allowance and bonus, along with hybrid working arrangements and amazing company benefits.

Location: The role will be based in our London office, with the option to work from home three days a week.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
