We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN teaching assistant to join our team in Kingston Upon Thames. As a support worker for students with special needs, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one support tailored to their unique requirements.

You will work closely with students with special educational needs, utilizing assistive technology and resources to enhance the learning experience. Your ability to adapt and modify lessons to accommodate students with SEN will ensure an inclusive and accessible curriculum.

With a strong focus on behavior management and creating a supportive classroom environment, you will be responsible for implementing strategies that foster a positive and respectful atmosphere. You will also monitor and record students' progress and achievements, communicating effectively with parents and caregivers.

This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students with special needs. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
