We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join our client team at Lyneham Medical Centre. This is a key role, providing general administrative support and contributing to the smooth running of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties, including managing records, filing, and data entry.
  • Handling phone calls, responding to enquiries, and scheduling appointments.
  • Assisting with front desk reception duties, welcoming patients and managing their check-ins.
  • Coordinating correspondence, emails, and documentation for the practice team.
  • Supporting the medical staff with any administrative tasks related to patient care.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • Experience with administrative duties, ideally within a healthcare setting.
  • Basic IT skills and knowledge of office software.
