Administrative Support Officer

About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable administrator to join our busy Community Team office in Chippenham Hospital. This is a varied role that will include general day-to-day administrative tasks to support the smooth running of our service.
Main Responsibilities
This role will involve managing referrals into the team, responding to enquiries from patients, hospitals, and GP practices, as well as ordering, stock management, maintaining and updating files and spreadsheets.
Requirements
- Excellent time management and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Previous experience of using SystmOne electronic patient record system is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and under own initiative, as well as part of a team
