Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to provide support to the day-to-day office activities at one of our prestigious aerospace clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office, providing administrative support, and contributing to the successful delivery of contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with the coordination of office activities, including meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of office procedures and policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
