About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Chippenham. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our aerospace client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Manage the office inbox, respond to queries in a timely manner, and maintain accurate records.
  • Site Management: Coordinate site visits, book visitors onto site, and manage stationery requirements.
  • Communication: Develop effective communication skills to deal with a range of people, including subcontractors and partners.
  • IT and Data Management: Manage IT equipment, company assets, and confidential waste.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in an Office Coordinator or Administrative/PA role.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and ability to work independently.
  • Certifications: MOD SC clearance is required due to the nature of the client's business.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £13.60 per hour (paye) Inside IR35, with opportunities for career growth and development within our company, Morson Talent.
