About the JobWe are seeking an Administrative Specialist Mortgage Sector to join our team at Acorn by Synergie.
About the RoleThis is a hybrid role, with Monday and Tuesday spent in the office and three days working from home. The annual salary for this position is £23,400, plus bonus.
- Monday to Friday
- Hybrid work arrangement, with two days in the office and three days from home
- £23,400 per annum, plus bonus
Our company aims to provide a seamless mortgage experience by leveraging technology, expert knowledge, and a personal touch.
Main Responsibilities- Support the team of mortgage and protection consultants
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and the Broker Services Team to provide effective support throughout the application process
- Evaluate new applications in line with network processes and procedures
- Review employment/self-employment/gaps in employment references for the last six years
- Complete due diligence searches for individuals according to network processes and procedures
- Complete required network-specific contracts and letters
- Ongoing assessment of individuals' training and competence journey during the approval process
- Review DBS documents and complete assessments
- Maintain and input application details into Broker Services Workflow
You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional results.
Prior administrative experience is necessary, although property and mortgage experience is not essential. You should have good Excel skills.
