About Acorn by Synergie:

We are a leading mortgage organisation in Chippenham, seeking an experienced Mortgage Support Administrator to join our team due to expansion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of expert mortgage and protection consultants, ensuring that our customers' cases are progressed efficiently. The role involves working closely with the Regional Sales Directors and Broker Services Team to provide comprehensive support throughout the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the workflow of incoming applications, prioritising and escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Directors and Broker Services Team to ensure seamless communication and efficient case progression.
  • Assess and verify documentation, including employment and financial records.
  • Complete and review due diligence searches for individuals in line with network processes and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and concerns.

About You:

You will be highly detail-oriented, organised, and confident in your ability to work independently. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
