About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Support Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide assistance to our expert mortgage and protection consultants, ensuring that our customers' cases are progressed in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities
* Assist the Regional Sales Directors and Broker Services Team in providing effective support throughout the application process.
* Fully vet and assess recruits in line with FCA requirements.
* Assess new applications and review employment/self-employment/gaps in employment references.
* Complete due diligence searches and maintain application details in Broker Services Workflow.
* Liaise with applicants, AR Principals, and Regional Sales Directors on a regular basis.

About You
You will be a highly organised and computer-literate individual, able to work with minimal supervision. Prior administrative experience is required, although property and mortgage experience is not essential. Good Excel skills are a must.

Salary and Benefits
£23,400 plus bonus, offering career opportunities, a hybrid role with three days from home, and a fixed-term contract initially followed by a permanent contract.
