Job Title: Care and Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Care and Enablement Specialist. This role requires experience in caring for individuals with complex needs, particularly those with Cerebral Palsy.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in care and will be able to provide support on a 2:1 basis. They will also be required to undergo enhanced DBS checks and receive full training and support from a clinical lead nurse.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, paid weekly, and the opportunity to work in a beautiful, purpose-built house. The role also offers the chance to make a positive impact on the life of a young client and contribute to a supportive and dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide care and enablement on a 2:1 basis to a young client with Cerebral Palsy and complex needs.
  • Support the client's daily routine, including personal care and activities.
  • Work closely with a clinical lead nurse to ensure the client receives the best possible care.
  • Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
