About the Role

This full-time position involves working 40 hours a week, including alternate weekends and evenings. As a Care Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing individualized care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £50 per hour, with opportunities for salary increases based on skills development and investment in our residents' care. Our benefits package includes paid annual leave, overtime available, NEST Pension Scheme with employer contribution, attendance bonus, on-site parking, and fully funded continuous development training.
